Il Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi Superiore DOC "Conscio" della cantina Accadia è un vino bianco di grande eleganza e complessità, prodotto nella storica regione delle Marche. Realizzato con uve Verdicchio al 100%, questo vino riflette intensamente il terroir dei Castelli di Jesi, caratterizzato da suoli calcareo-argillosi e un clima mite perfettamente bilanciato.

Alla vista, si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi verdognoli. Al naso, offre un bouquet aromatico raffinato e complesso, in cui spiccano sentori di frutta a polpa gialla come pesca e albicocca, accompagnati da delicate note floreali di fiori bianchi e un tocco minerale di pietra focaia.

In bocca, il Verdicchio "Conscio" si distingue per la sua struttura equilibrata e la notevole freschezza. Le varietà di frutta percepite al naso si ritrovano al palato, arricchite da una piacevole sapidità e una leggera mandorla amara nel finale, caratteristica tipica del Verdicchio. Il finale è lungo e persistente, lasciando una sensazione di grande armonia e complessità.

Perfetto da abbinare a piatti di mare come pesce alla griglia, crostacei e molluschi, ma anche a primi piatti leggeri e formaggi freschi. Un vino che saprà esaltare ogni occasione con la sua personalità e raffinatezza. Ideale servito a una temperatura di 10-12°C.

Winery history
The winery was founded in 1983 by the Accadia family. Angelo and his wife Maria moved to the hills of Serra San Quirico in the late 1970s and over time developed a project that combines art and viticulture. Today the second generation, Evelyn, carries on the business, introducing modern interpretations of traditional techniques.
Production philosophy
The estate adopts an approach based on respect for nature and the protection of biodiversity: organic farming practices and non‑invasive interventions in the vineyards, careful yield management and hand harvesting to express the character of the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the classic Castelli di Jesi area, on Apennine foothills influenced by mountain air and sea breezes, with calcareous soils ranging from sand to clay.
