The Negroamaro Vereto Riserva DOC, produced by the renowned Vallone winery, is an excellent example of the winemaking prowess of Southern Italy, specifically in the Puglia region. This wine is made entirely from Negroamaro grapes, a native variety that imparts extraordinary depth and complexity to these wine creations.

With a deep and intense color, the Vereto Riserva is distinguished by its vigorous character. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, dominated by scents of ripe fruit such as plums and blackberries, enhanced by nuances of dark chocolate, licorice, and a light spicy touch reminiscent of vanilla, a result of aging in barrique.

On the palate, the structure of the Negroamaro Vereto Riserva is robust, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that balances the intensity of the fruit. Its long-lasting flavor makes it an excellent candidate to accompany hearty dishes, such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses.

This wine is ideal for those seeking a red with character and depth, capable of evolving and improving with aging. The careful selection of grapes and winemaking make the Negroamaro Vereto Riserva DOC a privileged choice for special occasions or to enrich one’s cellar with a wine of considerable expressiveness.

A true expression of the Puglian terroir, the Negroamaro Vereto Riserva DOC stands as a wine of great interest for enthusiasts and collectors, representing an outstanding interpretation of this typical variety of Southern Italy.
