The Vermentino Salmastro IGP from Tenuta La Chiusa presents itself as a white wine with a clear varietal character. In the glass it shows a bright straw color; on the nose there are notes of fresh citrus, white flowers and a hint of herbaceousness that gives it clarity. On the palate the acidity is lively yet balanced, with a light texture and pleasant persistence; the overall profile remains straightforward and immediate, suited to those who appreciate precise, unfussy wines.

It pairs well with seafood, crustacean dishes, summer salads and light pasta; it is also enjoyable with fresh cheeses and delicate cold cuts. To best express its qualities, serve chilled at around 8–10 °C, in not too large glasses to preserve aromatic freshness. Tenuta La Chiusa offers with this Vermentino an everyday, easy-drinking option, suitable for informal gatherings as well as moments when one seeks simplicity and sensory pleasure.
