On the nose, the Vermentino reveals an intensely fruity aromatic bouquet, with evident notes of white-fleshed fruit like peach and subtle accents of white flowers, combined with a slight hint of aromatic herbs that provide complexity.

On the palate, the Vermentino Toscana IGP is lively and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that makes it extremely drinkable and satisfying. The structure is balanced, with a pleasant aromatic persistence that reflects the olfactory sensations. This wine pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish, or seafood dishes, and is also an excellent aperitif.
