Agresti Vermouth Astera is a vermouth made from Italian wine. It combines 75% white wine with an infusion of herbs and spices in a hydroalcoholic solution. In the glass, it shows a dark amber colour and reveals an aromatic profile inspired by traditional vermouth styles, with artemisia at its centre. The name Astera refers to these plants, which help define the vermouth’s distinctive aromatic identity.
On the palate, the floral character of artemisia meets carefully selected aromatic plants, sweet spices and pleasant balsamic notes. The balance between the freshness of the wine and the aromatic elements leads to a pleasantly bitter finish. At 16% ABV and presented in a 50 cl bottle, Astera is well suited to classic cocktails with a pronounced character. It can also be enjoyed chilled, neat, over ice or with a splash of seltzer.
