Crafted with a meticulous selection of aromatic herbs and spices, Maestrale Bianco Vermouth reveals intense citrus notes on the nose, which blend harmoniously with hints of chamomile, vanilla, and light nuances of Mediterranean botanicals. This flavoring process gives it a distinctive character and unmistakable freshness.
On the palate, Maestrale Bianco Vermouth is smooth yet complex, with a moderate sweetness that perfectly balances the typical bitterness of vermouth. The vibrancy of the citrus persists, accompanied by a light herbaceous aftertaste that invites a second sip. Its versatility makes it the ideal ingredient for classic cocktails like the Martini or the Americano, as well as excellent for enjoying neat or with a splash of soda for a refreshing aperitif.
The visual impact of the packaging for Maestrale Bianco Vermouth also reflects the style and quality of its contents. The bottle, elegant and modern, is adorned with a label that represents the natural elements of the Sardinian lands, evoking the passion and authenticity of the producer.
Choosing Maestrale Bianco Vermouth from Macchia means opting for a high-quality product, suitable for both experts and those new to the world of vermouth. An invitation to explore the rich and harmonious flavors that only the best Italian productions can offer.

Distillation
For the gin the distillation of botanicals is mentioned (retailer technical sheets indicate steam distillation). For the vermouth the botanicals are infused separately in alcohol and then blended with the wine base.
Ageing
