The Vermouth del Professore Dry “The Gibson” is born from a skillful blend of selected aromatic herbs and botanicals, which highlights the Italian artisanal tradition in the production of vermouth. Bottled at 75 cl, this dry vermouth has a fresh and never overpowering character, perfect for those who appreciate a refined balance between dryness and aromatic delicacy.
Its production is inspired by the ancient recipes of Piedmont, a historic land for the aging and processing of vermouth, and uses native grape varieties as the base for the wine infused with herbs.
