The Vermouth di Torino Bianco by Corsieri del Palio is born in the heart of Piedmont, the birthplace of this flavored beverage that combines tradition and artisanal craftsmanship. Made with a unique blend of Piedmontese wines, enriched with selected botanicals such as wormwood, rhubarb, and citrus peels, this vermouth releases an elegant and refined bouquet. On the nose, hints of white flowers and aromatic herbs stand out, anticipating a fresh and harmonious taste, with a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. The aging process takes place in steel tanks, which preserve the freshness and complexity of the aromatic notes. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with spritz or classic cocktails, but is also suitable for refined pairings with delicate appetizers, soft cheeses, and fish-based dishes. A true expression of Piedmontese culture, to be discovered sip by sip.
