The aging process takes place in typical wooden barrels, which confer complexity and harmony without overpowering the lightness typical of this extra dry version. On the palate, it is dry, with good persistence and a clean finish, ideal for refined aperitifs and classic cocktails.
Perfect paired with light snacks and finger food, the Vermouth Extra Dry of Bottega enhances every social moment with balance and style, bringing to the table the refined essence of the Venetian territory.

Distillation
Differentiated techniques depending on the product: distillation of vinacce for grappe; botanical maceration/extraction followed by distillation/blending for amari and vermouth; double distillation declared for Gin Bacûr; distillation in pot stills for cachaça; vodka produced through multiple distillation stages (multiple passes declared for some references).
Ageing
Some reserve grappe undergo wood ageing (barrique) which imparts colour and complexity; the company uses ageing in barrels/barriques for its oaked references.
