Serristori presents a Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG with a straightforward, pleasant profile: in the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow that introduces an essential, recognizable aromatic picture. The aromas recall lemongrass, white flowers and a light herbal note, while a hint of bitter almond and a subtle minerality give character without overpowering.

On the palate it is slender and lively; the acidity is crisp enough to make the sip clean, the structure balanced and the finish pleasant. It naturally suits an aperitif but also has a place at the table: excellent with shellfish, baked fish, light fish soups and fresh or mildly blue cheeses. It should be served fairly chilled to highlight its freshness and savoriness, and benefits from a wide glass that lets the aromas express themselves without masking them. A white with character, flavorful but not intrusive, easy to drink and versatile in pairings.
