Cantina Bertani, un'antica casa vinicola che ha origine nel 1857 con l’Unità d’Italia, con la voglia e l’orgoglio di rappresentare l’eccellenza di una nuova nazione con una cultura millenaria.  Verona Secco è una beva che matura nella tradizionale botticella veronese da 750 lt di castagno e ciliegio per 18 mesi. e affina in bottiglia per altri 6 mesi.

Al calice si presenta con un color rosso rubino intenso con riflessi granato. Dall'esame olfattivo si evince un bouquet ampio e aromatico, con note fruttate di confettura, amalgamato ad aromi speziati.

All'assaggio si presenta con una buona struttura, un sorso ricco e corposo. Un rosso elegante, ottimo da bere compagnia di piatti di carni rosse o bianche, taglieri di salumi e formaggi di media stagionatura.

Winery history
Founded by the Bertani family in the second half of the 19th century, the winery has built a long tradition tied to Valpolicella and to the production of dry wines and wines made using the appassimento method. The historic estate includes Villa Mosconi in Novare di Arbizzano di Negrar, a site closely linked to the origins and preservation of many local winemaking practices. Bertani preserves an extensive sequence of historic vintages and has contributed to defining the Amarone style in the area.
