The Veronese Rosato DOC from Monte Zovo is an elegant and fresh rosé, a symbol of the Veronese territory and the hills surrounding Lake Garda. Made from a careful selection of Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes, this wine combines tradition and modernity, best expressing the typical characteristics of the Venetian grape varieties. The vinification involves a brief maceration of the skins, which gives the wine its delicate and bright pink color.

On the nose, the Veronese Rosato DOC offers fruity aromas of strawberries, cherries, and pomegranate, enriched by light floral notes and a hint of sweet spices. On the palate, it is harmonious and balanced, with a lively acidity that makes the sip fresh, smooth, and pleasantly persistent.

Perfect to enjoy with seafood appetizers, fresh salads, light dishes, or simply as a summer aperitif, the Veronese Rosato DOC is suited to make every social moment special. Served chilled, it brings the lightness and charm of the Italian summer to the table.

This wine reflects the care and passion of Monte Zovo, committed to enhancing the quality and tradition of the territory, making the Veronese Rosato DOC an ideal choice for those who love delicate, aromatic, and characterful rosés.
