Pairing Light appetizers, vegetarian dishes
Zefiro presents itself as a dealcoholized still white wine with a fresh, easygoing character: in the glass it shows clarity and a light aroma recalling citrus zest, green apple and white flowers without ever becoming overpowering. The sip is lean and smooth, with a good balance between acidity and savory notes that supports the drinking, making it pleasant and repeatable; the structure is modest but clean, with a soft finish that avoids harshness and invites another glass. It is meant to accompany everyday and convivial moments, ideal as an aperitif or alongside light dishes: salads, raw fish (crudi), vegetable-based preparations and fresh cheeses highlight its character.

Serve well chilled to appreciate its freshness and liveliness; it also lends itself to recipes and pairings where you want the sensation of wine without the alcoholic content. A practical and unobtrusive option for those seeking pleasantness and ease of pairing without overwhelming the dish.
