The Miravento White Wine from Vallebelbo is a refined expression of the Piedmont region, renowned for its ability to produce wines of excellent quality. This wine stands out for its freshness and aromatic complexity, resulting from a meticulous grape selection and a careful vinification process aimed at preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fruit.

Its color is a bright straw yellow, with shades that may recall green hues under particular lighting conditions. On the nose, Miravento releases a delicate yet complex bouquet, where notes of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear intertwine with floral accents of acacia and chamomile, and a slight mineral trace reminiscent of flint.

On the palate, this white wine reveals an extraordinary acidic freshness, balanced by a pleasant softness that makes it particularly easy to drink. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a finish that returns to the floral and fruity tones perceived on the nose.

Miravento White Wine pairs wonderfully with flavorful fish dishes, such as seafood risottos or mixed grilled fish. It is also excellent as an aperitif, thanks to its ability to stimulate the appetite with its lively freshness.

Ideal to be enjoyed young, we recommend serving it chilled, at a temperature of around 8-10°C, to fully appreciate all its qualities. A wine that splendidly represents the winemaking tradition of Piedmont, suitable for those seeking a superior quality white wine for special occasions or for the pleasure of daily tasting.
