The Vino IGT Frizzante Rosato from the Garzellino winery is characterized by a pale pink color and a discreet, immediate aromatic profile. On the nose there are impressions of small red fruits, wild strawberries and light citrus notes along with floral hints on delicate tones. The profile is clean and linear, with a pleasant persistence that accompanies the sip. On the palate the fine bubbles are lively and lend freshness to a slim body: the acidity is balanced and supports the sip, which finishes on a savory, inviting note with good drinkability.

Suitable as an aperitif on warm days, it also pairs well with seafood starters, delicate tartare, salads, sushi, shellfish and fresh cheeses. It is also indicated with cold dishes, pasta salads, grilled vegetables and some lightly spiced street-food preparations. It proves enjoyable in informal settings, ideal for picnics, light dinners and convivial moments. Recommended serving temperature around 6–8 °C; serve chilled to maintain the liveliness of the bubbles and store the bottle in a cool, dark place.
