Descrizione

This IGT frizzante red amabile from Frizzoro shows a bright ruby color, fine foam and delicate perlage. On the nose it offers aromas of small red fruits, ripe cherry and wild strawberry, with floral hints and a slight jammy note that reflects its balanced sweetness. On the palate it is soft, juicy and easy to drink: the sweetness is present but not overpowering, supported by a freshness that keeps the sip clean and smooth. The body is light to medium, with a fruity finish and pleasant persistence that invites a second glass.

Ideal for those seeking a fruity, uncomplicated sparkling wine, it pairs well with fruit desserts, tarts, biscuits and low-alcohol sweets, but also works with delicate cured meats, light pizzas and fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif wine for informal evenings or convivial moments; serve chilled, between 8–12°C, in wide glasses to enhance the aromas.
