The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG produced by Melini is a celebration of Tuscan winemaking tradition and elegance. This prestigious red wine embodies the passion and experience of Melini, one of Italy's historic wineries, in creating wines that faithfully reflect the terroir and rich winemaking heritage of the Montepulciano region.

Characterized by a blend dominated by the Sangiovese vine, locally known as Prugnolo Gentile, Melini's Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG best expresses the distinctive qualities of this vine, enriched by small quantities of other local varieties which contribute to creating an aromatic and taste profile complex and harmonious.

Visually, the wine has a deep ruby red color, with garnet nuances that intensify with aging. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accents of spices, vanilla and tobacco, the result of careful aging in wood which enriches the aromatic profile without overpowering it.

In the mouth it is structured and balanced, with silky tannins and a lively freshness that gives dynamism to the sip. The red fruit flavors blend with balsamic and spicy notes, leading to a long and persistent finish, which leaves a pleasant sensation of elegance and complexity.

Perfect in combination with robust dishes of Tuscan cuisine, such as roast meat, game and mature cheeses, this Vino Nobile is also an excellent companion for tasting evenings, where it can be appreciated for its depth and its ability to evolve and reveal new nuances in the glass.
