Bodega Alta Vista's Vive Torrontés is an exhilarating example of how Torrontés, Argentina's aromatic grape par excellence, can express itself in a vibrant and refreshing way. This white wine, produced in the high-altitude regions where Torrontés finds its ideal habitat, reflects Bodega Alta Vista's ability to create wines that celebrate Argentine varietal identity and terroir with a modern and accessible approach.

Torrontés is known for its intense and distinctive aromatic profile, characterized by floral, fruity and sometimes mineral notes, which translate into wines of great appeal and pleasantness. In the case of Vive Torrontés, winemaking is carefully managed to preserve these unique characteristics, with low temperature fermentation helping to maintain the freshness and intensity of the aromas.

Visually, Vive Torrontés has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a sign of its youth and freshness. On the nose, the wine explodes with a bouquet of white flowers, such as jasmine and acacia, tropical fruits and citrus fruits, with a subtle mineral undertone that adds complexity and depth to the aromatic profile.

In the mouth, Vive Torrontés is lively and fresh, with a well-balanced acidity that supports the fruity and floral flavors perceived on the nose. The structure is light but persistent, with a clean and refreshing finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of harmony and freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, starters, fresh salads, seafood and Asian cuisine, the Vive Torrontés by Bodega Alta Vista is an excellent choice for those looking for an aromatic and distinctive white wine, capable of offering a pleasant and refreshing drink, with a typically Argentine character.

Winery history

Alta Vista's vineyards are located in the prime areas of Mendoza and in some terroirs of Salta; they operate in high-altitude terroirs with an emphasis on soils and local microclimates, including areas such as Chacras de Coria and parcels in Valle de Uco.
