Vole’ Grillo Spumante Charmat Brut by Feudo Maccari offers a fresh, direct profile designed for those seeking sincere, easy‑drinking bubbles. The mousse is lively and well balanced, while the aromatic profile leans toward fresh citrus and white flowers with slight hints of green apple: a combination that stays elegant without weighing it down. The sip is lean, with a pleasant acidic backbone that gives drive and keeps the fruit bright through to the finish.

On the palate, a saline note accompanies a remarkable palate‑cleansing clarity, delivering a sensation of lightness and lively drinkability; the bubbles support the palate gently, adding a subtle creaminess on the finish. Ideal for aperitivo but also perfect with seafood starters, delicate crudo and dishes based on shellfish or grilled fish; it stands up well to simple, flavorful dishes without overpowering them. Serve chilled and enjoy young to appreciate its spontaneity and pleasant freshness.
