Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish dishes
Vole' Rosè Spumante Charmat Brut from Feudo Maccari surprises with its fresh, immediate profile. A pale pink with lively, creamy perlage, it opens with aromas of wild strawberry, rose petals and a light citrus note that lightens the overall impression. On the palate it is lean and taut, driven by vibrant freshness and a salinity that keeps the sip dry; the bubbles support the sense of cleanliness without weighing it down, offering a saline and pleasantly fragrant finish. The body is light, with a soft mid-palate texture and a persistence that invites a second glass.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs gracefully with simple seafood dishes, tartare and summer salads, but also stands up to light preparations of white meats or fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled to enhance its immediacy; it is an example of a sparkling wine with character yet easy to drink, ideal for convivial moments, brunches or informal dinners where freshness and balance make the difference.
