Whisky 105 16Y by Glenfarclas presents a mature, well-defined character: a rich aromatic profile alternating dried fruit, orange zest and honey, with delicate spicy nuances and touches of caramel. On the nose it is complex yet measured, the structure balances softness and the assertive temperament typical of long maturations. The texture is compact and invites a patient approach; the bottle comes in an elegant case that enhances its presence for tasting or as a gift.

On the palate the sip is full, warm and enveloping; the alcohol supports the body without overpowering it, leaving room for a savory progression that closes on a long, slightly tannic finish. Serve at room temperature and let it breathe a few minutes in the glass to open the aromas: best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water. It pairs well with dark chocolate, aged cheeses or dry pastries made with nuts, for moments of contemplative tasting.
