Whisky 8 yo Single Cask #11037 Imperial Stout 23 70cl - Chichibu represents a unique sensory experience, the result of contemporary Japanese distillation with exclusive maturation. Originating from the historic Chichibu distillery, located in the Saitama region, this single malt is produced from carefully selected malted barley and fermented according to traditions that enhance purity and aromatic complexity.

The whisky matures for eight years in high-quality wooden barrels, then is further aged in casks that previously held Imperial Stout, a type of dark and intense beer. This process imparts deep notes of cocoa, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and a slight sweet spiciness, harmonizing them with smoky and vanilla scents typical of the wood. The result is a rich, complex, and surprising aromatic profile, revealing a smooth yet well-defined structure.

Ideal for thoughtful tasting, this whisky pairs perfectly with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, enhancing its elegant and intense nature. A true gem for connoisseurs seeking an authentic and refined experience from Japan.
