Floki Whisky Beer Barrel Finish offers a profile that brings together the classic character of the spirit and the imprint of the casks in which its finishing maturation was completed. On the nose, toasted cereals, biscuit and caramel emerge, with a subtle vein of brewer's malt and hops that add an herbal, slightly bitter touch. The body is substantial but not heavy, with an aromatically lively texture: new oak vanilla and a note of bread crust make the bouquet immediate and inviting.

On the palate the sip is round and warm, without flaws; malty sweetness coexists with a savory tension that cleanses the palate and enhances drinkability. The finish is medium-long, marked by returning caramel notes and a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of hops and yeast. Best enjoyed neat or with a couple of drops of water to open its aromas; pairs well with rustic dishes, semi-aged cheeses and grilled meat preparations.
