On the palate it shows well-measured roundness and warmth, the structure is coherent and the sensation is smooth but with a good tannic presence that supports the palate. The finish is persistent, leaning toward dryness, with spicy echoes and a light toasty note that closes the sip. Recommended to be tasted neat or with a drop of water to open its aromas; pairs well with dark chocolate, aged cheeses or small meat-based preparations, where it can converse without overpowering.
