Hatozaki 12Y Umeshu Cask Whisky is a refined and unique expression, produced by the Kaikyō distillery located in the city of Akashi, Japan. This single malt whisky is aged for 12 years in casks that previously held Umeshu, a traditional Japanese liqueur made from Ume plums. On the nose, Hatozaki 12Y Umeshu Cask offers a complex aromatic bouquet with distinctive notes of sweet plum, vanilla, and nuances of almond. On the palate, it stands out for its silky texture and impeccable balance between matured sweetness and a slight acidity. The finish is long and persistent, with a lingering aftertaste where notes of ripe fruit and light spices continue to resonate. Presented in an elegant Giftbox, this whisky is ideal for lovers of refined spirits with a distinctive character. Alcohol content of 46%.
