On the palate the sip is warm and rounded, with a well-balanced body: sweet notes merge with spicy accents and a slight smoky trace that emerges in the finish, making it persistent but not overpowering. Serve at room temperature or with a few drops of water to open up its aromas; it pairs well with dark chocolate, dried fruit and aged cheeses, or suits relaxed after-dinner tasting moments. Suitable both for the novice and for those looking for an everyday blended.

Distillation
Combined use of traditional pot stills, Lomond/straight‑neck type stills (which allow greater control/rectification) and continuous column stills (Coffey/column). The combination enables production of both malt and grain whisky on the same site.
Ageing
Maturation in oak casks with extensive use of different cask types and finishes; the range includes expressions matured in American oak (first‑fill/refill/re‑charred), finishes in Oloroso sherry casks, Rioja-style cask finishes and other dedicated maturation regimes.
