This special edition stands out for its double maturation process. Initially aged in traditional casks, it is subsequently refined in selected casks that further enrich the aromatic profile of the whisky. The result is a distillate of extraordinary complexity and depth.
On the nose, the Whisky Oban 2004-2018 presents marked notes of ripe fruit and subtle smokiness, with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of caramel and vanilla.
