Redbreast 12 Years Old is a premium Irish whisky, born from the historic tradition of Midleton, in the heart of County Cork. Made exclusively from pure pot still, a typical variety for Irish whisky that combines malted and unmalted barley, this distillate matures for 12 years in American and European oak barrels, giving it an extraordinary balance between delicacy and complexity.
On the nose, it opens with intense fruity aromas of apple, pear, and citrus, followed by notes of sweet spices, honey, and vanilla, while on the palate it reveals a soft and creamy texture, with hints of toasted nuts and a light oak scent. The finish is long, enveloping, and harmonious, with a persistent touch of dried fruit. Ideal to be enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, the Redbreast 12Yo pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses or dried fruit-based desserts, offering a memorable sensory experience.
