The finish is long and clean, with a pleasant warming sensation that invites a second glass. It works excellently both in classic cocktails — try a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned — and paired with dark chocolate, flavorful cured meats or aged cheeses; ideal served at room temperature or with a small ice cube to open up its aromas.
