Serve preferably in a tulip glass at room temperature or slightly cool; a small drop of water helps it open without dulling its clarity. It suits both contemplative tasting and classic cocktail interpretations where excessive sweetness is not desired. Interesting pairings: aged cheeses, dark chocolate and roasted meats with bold flavors. It’s a straightforward whisky, easy to read but with enough substance to stand up in various drinking contexts.

Distillation
Small-batch production: pot still for the single malt expressions; neutral grain spirit from cereals for the vodka; gins produced by infusion and vapour-distillation/steam infusion techniques depending on the recipe.
Ageing
Maturation in casks (for the single malts) predominantly in virgin French oak; some releases indicate a minimum period of about 3 years for single malt expressions.
