Y by 11 Minutes Rosè Trevenezie IGT by Pasqua shows a pale, bright pink color that conveys immediate freshness. On the nose it offers a discreet bouquet with hints of small red fruits and light floral notes; the overall impression remains clear and never intrusive. On the palate it is slim and very drinkable, with balanced acidity that supports a clean, pleasantly persistent finish. The flavor profile leans toward simple elegance, suitable for those seeking a everyday but carefully made rosé.

It pairs well with light dishes such as composed salads, vegetable starters, grilled fish or cold plates; it can also serve as an aperitif wine. A cool serving temperature around 8-10 °C is recommended to highlight freshness and fruity tone. Produced under the Trevenezie IGT designation, it embodies a straightforward proposition aimed at youthful, immediate consumption, without claims of aging. Ideal for those who prefer unassuming, ready-to-drink wines.
