The company originated from the initiative of Gennaro Fabbri and, as the company states, has operated as a family business since 1905. Founded in Portomaggiore (FE), it later moved to Bologna where it developed a broad production of syrups, fruit in liqueur and beverages, establishing itself internationally with the famous Amarena Fabbri and an extended range for professional beverage use.
