Zuidam Distillers is a Dutch family company founded by Fred van Zuidam in the 1970s. In recent years Patrick van Zuidam developed the Millstone project to create single malt and rye whiskies produced in‑house. Millstone production was launched after several years of development and is now one of Zuidam's most recognized whisky lines.
