Producer history Saigon

The gin known as Saigon Baigur was created to produce a dry gin that expresses the flavors and botanicals of Vietnam. Production is linked to the District 9 Distilling Company, with documented activity in Ho Chi Minh City and a commercial launch of the brand reported around 2020. In subsequent years the project expanded toward international markets and increased production capacity with a new site in Ho Chi Minh City.

Production philosophy

The project's philosophy is to highlight the botanicals and aromas of the Vietnamese territory, starting from local markets to select typical ingredients and reinterpret them in a premium dry gin key. The approach favors experimentation with local herbs and spices while maintaining the balance typical of classic gins.
