Production method

Botanicals are macerated individually at different alcohol strengths and infused (stirred daily) for periods ranging from 20 to 45 days; individual infusions are then pressed, blended, diluted with water and sugar and subjected to paper filtration. Some products undergo a short rest in small oak barrels.

The line was created by Elisa Carta, an herbalist/sommelier who revisited family recipes and reintroduced them in an artisanal key, drawing inspiration from the botanicals and legends of the Baia delle Sirene on Lake Garda. Products have also been distributed through operators such as Rinaldi 1957 and several specialized retailers internationally.
