Production method

In-house production of natural flavors and extracts; infusion and distillation of botanicals for the spirits. For the gin, distillation techniques in historic copper stills and selected natural ingredients are used.

Producer history Tassoni

The origins date back to 1793 in Salò (Lake Garda), when the business began as an apothecary and later a pharmacy, developing cedro-based distillates. In 1921 the syrup was created from which Cedrata would evolve; the brand's production and identity were consolidated during the 20th century. In 2021 Cedral Tassoni was acquired by the Gruppo Lunelli (owner of Cantine Ferrari).

Production philosophy

To enhance artisanal tradition and the naturalness of raw materials, with particular attention to local citrus and the in-house production of natural flavorings to ensure distinctive tastes and a strong Italian identity also oriented towards quality mixology.
