The Etrusco vermouths are produced by blending wine (white for the Bianco, red for the Nero) aromatized with natural extracts of herbs and spices. The recipe involves a static infusion of the ingredients for over 45 days in high-quality alcohol, followed by slow maturation in stainless steel tanks for more than two months and filtration without the use of fining agents or clays.
