An intriguing Barolo produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes which originates from the elegance of the La Morra vineyard and the power of the Serralunga vineyard. The grapes from the individual vineyards undergo the fermentation, maceration and aging processes separately, in wood for 12 months. We then proceed with the assembly and further maturation in wood for 18 months.
The olfactory examination reveals a varied and rich bouquet, defined by balsamic scents amalgamated with floral aromas and small red fruits. In the glass it has a garnet red color with orange reflections; an enveloping sip that reveals a solid and persistent structure on the palate, a superb expression of two great Barolo terroirs.
An excellent wine to pair with first courses seasoned with tasty sauces, platters of well-aged cheeses, game, roasts, grilled and stewed meat.
