The Langhe Riesling DOC - Cà del Baio is a fascinating example of how Italian viticulture can excellently interpret international grape varieties. Produced in the heart of the Langhe hills in Piedmont, this version of Riesling stands out for its personality that balances tradition and innovation.
Riesling is a grape variety originating from Germany, renowned for its ability to vibrantly express the terroir from which it comes. Cà del Baio, a winery with a solid tradition and a forward-looking perspective, has skillfully adapted these grapes to the climatic and geological peculiarities of the Langhe, giving the wine unique characteristics.
Upon tasting, the Langhe Riesling DOC presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The fresh aroma is dominated by ripe fruit notes like peach and pear, enriched with delicate floral hints and a slight mineral touch reminiscent of flint, typical of Riesling.
