The Barolo DOCG Baudana from Vajra presents a refined and composed profile that invites attention. On the nose there are ripe red fruit notes and darker nuances, along with light floral hints and spicy touches; the intensity is clearly defined and evolves in the glass. On the palate it offers structure and tension, with present but smoothed tannins, a fresh acidity supporting the drinking experience and a persistence that recalls the aromatic impressions on the finish. The tannic frame and acidity give a dynamic profile; the sip is balanced and encourages a slow, reflective tasting.

It pairs with structured dishes such as red meats, braises and aged cheeses, and also stands up to mushroom-based dishes and savory sauces.
