Bianco IGT Tellus by Cotarella is an elegant wine born from the prestigious lands of Umbria, a region where the temperate climate and calcareous soil favor the optimal ripening of the grapes. This white wine, the result of a careful selection of native and international grape varieties, offers a refined bouquet that combines freshness and complexity. On the nose, delicate floral and fruity scents emerge, with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, surrounded by a pleasant mineral hint. The palate is distinguished by a perfect balance between lively acidity and softness, with a persistence that invites another sip. The aging in steel preserves the aromatic purity, enhancing freshness and gustatory clarity. Perfect paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and vegetarian cuisine, Bianco IGT Tellus enhances every occasion with its bright freshness and discreet elegance.

Winery history
The family's roots date back to the 1960s; brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco project in 1979. The company has also conducted research and initiatives to recover local grape varieties such as Roscetto.
Production philosophy
The pursuit of territorial expression through the integration of tradition and innovation: a focus on enhancing indigenous grape varieties, experimentation in the vineyard and cellar, and training and social responsibility projects linked to the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are mainly located across Lazio and Umbria, with sites also in Tuscany. Soils are often of volcanic origin in the areas surrounding Lake Bolsena.
