Il vino rosato Orano di Villa Raiano nasce da una pressatura diretta dei grappoli interi, un metodo che consente di ottenere il suo caratteristico e delicato colore rosa. Dopo la fermentazione, il vino affina per almeno quattro mesi in tini di acciaio inox, per poi essere imbottigliato nella primavera successiva alla vendemmia, così da preservarne freschezza e fragranza.

Alla vista si presenta con un raffinato rosa tenue dalle leggere sfumature fragola. Al naso rivela profumi vivaci di piccoli frutti rossi, come fragoline di bosco, melograno e lampone, accompagnati da eleganti note floreali e da una sottile speziatura. Al palato è fresco e armonioso, scorrevole ma equilibrato, con una piacevole morbidezza che bilancia perfettamente la naturale acidità.

Ideale come aperitivo, si sposa splendidamente con piatti a base di pesce crudo, fritture di mare e specialità della cucina mediterranea. Ottimo anche con salumi delicati, verdure in agrodolce o primi piatti leggeri, è un rosato dal carattere raffinato e contemporaneo, perfetta espressione dello stile di Villa Raiano.

Winery history
Vineyards planted in the 1960s and restored in 2001. First harvest in 2001. The estate is run by four siblings: Francesco, Maria Rosa, Giampaolo and Enrica.
Production philosophy
Organic farming since 2000 (officially certified by Suolo e Salute since 2009); biodynamic practices since 2018 and Demeter certification since 2023. Artisanal approach focused on observation, soil care and symbiosis with the environment.
Terroir and vineyards
Located on the Apennine border between Romagna and Tuscany, in the commune of Modigliana (Forlì-Cesena). Soils of marnosa-arenacea formation (marl and sandstone), vineyards surrounded by woods and sited on high hills (around 500 m elevation for some plots).
