The Champagne Brut Mosaïque by Jacquart, produced in the renowned Champagne region, enchants with its refined structure and the typical elegance of the classic blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The skillful assembly of these grape varieties gives the wine a harmonious and complex profile, characterized by a pleasant freshness and a fine, persistent perlage.

Carefully aged according to the traditional method, this champagne releases aromas of ripe white fruit, citrus, and delicate floral notes, balanced by a light scent of bread crust that comes from the long maturation on the lees. On the palate, it reveals itself balanced, vibrant, and creamy, with a well-defined structure and a persistent finish that makes it particularly versatile.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with refined fish dishes and soft cheeses, the Champagne Brut Mosaïque by Jacquart elegantly expresses the unique terroir of Champagne.
