This Champagne Rosé from Ruinart, presented in a Jeroboam format and housed in a wooden case, displays a measured, refined profile. In the glass it shows a fine, persistent perlage and a bright pink hue, suggesting a discreet aromatic complexity. The nose reveals red fruit, delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus that helps balance the aromatic range. On the palate it is fresh, with noticeable but well-integrated acidity and a structure that leans toward elegance rather than power.

Serve chilled in wide glasses to highlight primary aromas; the bottle is suitable for celebratory occasions or as a distinguished gift, the wooden case underscoring its presence. It pairs well with shellfish, lightly seasoned fish dishes, white meats and red-fruit desserts; also appropriate as an opening wine for convivial moments. Store cool and protected from light.
