In the glass it shows a luminous straw-yellow color, with an aromatic profile that favors white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by delicate floral hints and a slight almond note that rounds out its character. The palate is fresh and well balanced, supported by pleasant acidity and a saline lift; the body is medium, with a soft texture that makes the wine agile without sacrificing personality. The clarity of the fruit and the linear profile make it easy-drinking but not trivial; the persistence is pleasant and leaves a fresh return that invites the next sip.

Suitable for seafood dishes that are not overly elaborate, for crustaceans, delicate risottos and fresh cheeses, it also works well as an aperitif. Serve around 10–12°C; it is appreciated when young but its structure makes it enjoyable even after a few months. Perfect also for brunch or an informal lunch, it supports preparations based on cooked vegetables and grilled fish without masking their delicacy. Ideal for those seeking a Chardonnay of balanced, clean style, with good everyday drinkability and gastronomic character.

Terroir and vineyards
