The Crémant de Loire Nature produced by Chateau de Bois Brincon is an excellent example of elegance and finesse. This French sparkling wine, crafted according to the traditional method, is distinguished by its purity and distinctive character. The rigorous selection of grapes and the extended maturation on the lees give this Crémant surprising complexity.

Visually, it features a bright straw yellow color with golden highlights and a persistent mousse. On the nose, fresh notes of citrus, white flowers, and a slight hint of toasted bread add depth to the aroma. On the palate, it exhibits a balanced structure with a lively acidity that brings freshness and vivacity, perfectly blending with a slight creaminess.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Crémant de Loire Nature from Chateau de Bois Brincon pairs beautifully with seafood and delicate fish dishes. This wine represents a refined choice for those who appreciate high-quality sparkling wines that express the terroir of origin with purity and transparency.

Winery history
The earliest viticultural records for the area date back to 1219, when the Chapter of Saint John the Baptist of Angers planted vines on the Bois-Brinçon lands. After several changes of ownership, the Cailleau family acquired the site in the late 19th century. In the 20th century production paused and was decisively resumed by Xavier Cailleau in the early 1990s. In the 2000s the estate began converting to organic farming and incorporated biodynamic practices, gradually developing parcel-by-parcel production that showcases the different terroirs.
Production philosophy
The estate emphasizes vineyard biodiversity and fruit quality: organic and biodynamic practices, compost made from grape pomace kept separate by terroir, the use of herbal infusions and plant decoctions to stimulate vine defenses, and the presence of grazing animals as an element of balance. Vinification is focused on expressing individual sites through single-parcel cuvées.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Le Bois Brinçon, Blaison-Gohier in Anjou, the vineyard extends across several communes in the area and produces wines under the region's typical appellations, such as Anjou, Coteaux du Layon, Coteaux de l'Aubance and Crémant de Loire.
