The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Le Coste from Chairlo is a straightforward red wine designed for everyday drinking. In the glass it shows a lively ruby color and a direct bouquet: notes of strawberries, cherries and light floral hints. On the palate it is marked by pleasant freshness and moderate tannins, supported by a juicy structure that makes the sip smooth and enjoyable. Overall it displays balance and a lean finish, without claims of long aging but with a coherent drinking profile.

It pairs naturally with informal dishes: cured meats, tomato-based pastas, white meats and soft cheeses, and can also accompany pizzas and everyday meals. It is intended to be consumed young; to appreciate its liveliness, open shortly before serving and store in a cool, dark place. A simple, honest label that interprets Dolcetto d'Alba in a convivial key.
