Fontemerlano, an authentic expression of Toscana IGT signed Castello di Cacchiano, is born in a territory that combines century-old vineyards and an ideal microclimate for quality viticulture. The blend used captures the essence of Sangiovese, enriched by selected grapes that confer complexity and structure. The wine matures carefully, often in oak barrels, developing an elegant bouquet where notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a subtle hint of tobacco and leather emerge, a guarantee of a refined and decisive personality.

On the palate it is balanced, with soft but well-present tannins, supported by a pleasant freshness that amplifies its drinkability and aromatic persistence. Fontemerlano is well suited to accompany typical Tuscan dishes, such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, underlining the versatility that distinguishes this wine. Its identity rooted in the territory makes every sip a journey through the hills of Tuscany, witnessing the commitment and tradition of Castello di Cacchiano.
