This magnum in its elegant case represents the pinnacle of sophistication and elegance. This Metodo Classico sparkling wine is crafted from carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes from the most suitable sites in Franciacorta.

The production follows a meticulous fermentation process in small oak barrels, followed by a long aging period on the lees lasting 42 months. This allows the Franciacorta Cabochon Fuoriserie N.22 to acquire a complexity and structure that leaves every connoisseur speechless. Its mousse is very fine and persistent, while the nose reveals complex scents of white-fleshed fruit, notes of yeast and vanilla, enriched by a delicate minerality.

The Magnum bottle is an ideal choice for special occasions, standing out as the undisputed star on any elegant table. The palate is enveloping, with a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity, featuring a long and pleasantly persistent finish that echoes the quality of its terroir.

Ideal for accompanying refined appetizers or elaborate fish dishes, the Franciacorta Cabochon Fuoriserie N.22 is also perfect as a meditation wine, capable of enriching every moment of an exclusive tasting.
