Fresh and composed, this Franciacorta in the 375 ml format immediately displays a polite personality: fine, continuous perlage that gives brilliance to the glass and a silky tactile sensation. On the nose it opens with notes of leavened dough and bread crust, then evolves into white-fleshed fruit and citrus peel, with floral hints that keep everything bright and unobtrusive. The impression is one of balance, with a pleasant sapidity that supports the aromatic profile without weighing it down.

On the palate it confirms a slim but coherent structure, where freshness dialogues with measured creaminess and a slight bitter finish that invites a second sip. It is a versatile wine: ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies seafood starters, shellfish and delicate risottos, but also holds up well with more refined preparations. Serve very cold to appreciate its tension and cleanliness; the half-bottle format is perfect for two people or for those seeking an elegant portion without compromise.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
